summer snack (high protein + no oven)

During the summer I make a good amount of smoothies for breakfast and snacks but I want to share another summertime snack that could double as a healthy, sweet treat at night! It takes 5 min to make and its secretly loaded with protein! 

🍓 High-Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1-1/2½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or berry protein powder (your favorite kind works!)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional — depending on your taste)

  • A handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Chopped nuts, seeds or granola

  • Optional: dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut

Directions:

1️⃣ Mix the yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup (if using) together until smooth.

2️⃣ Spread it evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3️⃣ Top with berries, granola, and any extras.

4️⃣ Freeze for 2–3 hours (or overnight).

5️⃣ Break into pieces and store in a sealed container in the freezer.
