Boot Camp Training

This is a women only 45 min bootcamp. The class is appropriate for any fitness level (beginner-advanced), as long as there are no severe physical limitations.
Mon, Wed, Fri — 6:00–6:45 am
Tues, Thurs, Fri — 8:00–8:45 am

Round 6

Come work out alone or with a friend and follow the workout written on the board for you! A trainer is on site to offer guidance while you work at your own pace. Workout includes a strength and high intensity cardio element so you leave feeling strong and accomplished. All exercise levels welcome.
Mon, Fri — 7am-12p

Spin Bootcamp

This class is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The class is one hour long and consists of intervals on the spin bike, as well as bootcamp type exercises off the bike. You’ll work up a sweat, torch calories, build strength, and boost endurance. Get ready to sweat, burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance.
Sat — 8-9am

Spin & Abs

This class is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. In 45 minutes, you’ll power through intervals on the bike and core-strengthening/toning exercises off the bike—torching calories, building strength, and boosting endurance.
Tues, Thurs - 6-6:45am

Full Body Ride

This class combines cardio and strength intervals, as well as upper body resistance training while cycling. This is an intense, full body workout appropriate for all fitness levels.

Interval (HIIT) Spin

This class is open to women of all ages and fitness levels. This is a 30 minute intense series of sprints, hill climbs and intervals to push your heart rate to peak levels. Come in for a short but intense workout to raise your metabolic rate and burn calories all day!
Mon, Wed — 5:30-6am

Spin & Strength

This class is an hour long and consists of high-intensity intervals on the bike, along with a focus on strength training off the bike. It’s the perfect combination for weight loss and toning. You’ll burn fat, build muscle, and leave feeling unstoppable.

Mon — 8-9am

Small group strength

This class is 45 minutes long and consists of compound movements with a focus on gaining strength. You'll build muscle, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness in a motivating small-group setting.

Wed — 8-8:45am

Small Group Training

Two to three participants train simultaneously while working on an individualized program - cost is $40 each/45 min session.

Private Training

One on one training with an individualized program. This includes a pre and post assessment- cost is $75/45 min session.
